One of my Pussys had the same thing when she was younger, an infection set in after her emergency spaying and her right front paw and nose swelled up, after a course of antibiotics she settled down fine. Though she has a small bald spot on her nose where the swelling scab fell off, gives her a cuteness. Best of luck, we wish her well.
BTW, the item which doesn't appear on here, but was posted, about my own Mother's health problems needs to be updated. She passed away after a few days of Peritonitis this Friday (3/10/08), SAD, SAD DAY.
